The KIKO Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation and it can be used, also in several solutions, until the credit has been depleted. It cannot be exchanged for cash, nor refunded or replaced in the event of loss, damage, theft or failure to use it (even partially) by the expiry date. It is possible to use a gift card as partial payment for an order. Simply convert the value of the gift card during the order, choose a payment method and enter the necessary information to pay the remaining amount.
